In this poster I tried to apply all the typographic rules I know, as well as the visual communication rules I learned last year. The big 22 at the back is getting peoples attention from far, when you get closer, you can see the info about poster and then all the points of the list.
watch hyphens!! no hyphens in display text unless it's purposeful! The kerning on Things is very tight and doesn't work. A bit too busy and sloppy - spaces between lines are inconsistent - I can see you're trying to fit in the box, but it just looks sloppy.
Improved, but the small caps don't really work. They're clumsy - possibly too big and over too many lines. Usually you type them all lowercase because they look awkward with Caps...well, they look like movie titles rather than elegant type.
